• This electronic Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Apparel Group India Private Limited (“AGIPL”). By purchasing or using this Gift Card(s), you (purchaser/cardholder/user) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Your use, redemption, purchase or receipt of the Gift Card shall be deemed to be your acknowledgment and acceptance, to each of the terms and conditions stated herein.
• This Gift Card can only be redeemed by logged in customers.
• This Gift Card is, subject to the available balance, redeemable on the below mentioned brand websites managed by AGIPL:

  • www.aldoshoes.in
  • www.bathandbodyworks.in
• Electronic Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for shipping charges
• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other payment option. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card.
• This Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit or reloaded, nor is it eligible for return or exchange.
• This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• This Gift Card is valid for one (01) year from the date of issuance. After expiry, any remaining balance will stand forfeited.
• Gift Card should be treated like cash. AGIPL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are prepaid instruments governed by RBI regulations. KYC (Know Your Customer) details may be requested or shared with relevant authorities as may be required from time to time.
• In cases where an order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card.
• AGIPL reserves the right to cancel or block a Gift Card if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected and/or change the terms and conditions of the Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
• You agree to indemnify AGIPL for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of AGIPL shall be final and binding.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
